Marmite Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup oil for deep frying
2 chicken thighs, about 9 oz, nick into pieces
Marinade:
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon corn flour
Sauce:
2 tablespoons Marmite yeast extract
1 tablespoon maltose
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Method:
