two / three pound skinless, boneless breast, in one "diced
two large or three small sweet potatoes, peeled and cut one "cubes
two (14 one / two oz), Canned diced tomatoes with jalapenos
one onion, peeled and grated
one teaspoon oregano
one / two tsp turmeric
12 grams overweight free chicken broth
12 grams of corn, frozen or canned (drained if canned)


Put everything except wheat and enter a slow oven and stir well. Cook high for five hours. Add corn, stir and serve.
