Quinoa is probably one of the most versatile well-organized foods we have around, you can either attend it as a main course or a side dish. It's packed with high-quality protein and notable nutrients, it's filling and it tastes obedient so what more can you ask for?

I appreciate serving quinoa with my popular meat- chicken, the two ingredients taste really advantageous together. One simple recipe that I found is the quinoa chicken with garlic. To effect this recipe you need: 1 cup uncooked quinoa, 2 cups chicken broth, 20 leaves new basil (chopped), 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts (cubed), 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 onion (diced), 1 red bell pepper (seeded and diced), 1 green bell pepper (seeded and diced), 2 tablespoons minced modern garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the chicken broth with quinoa (like how you would cook rice)  and turn down the heat, simmer it for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is fully absorbed. Mix the basil and situation the mixture aside. Heat oil and bolt fry the chicken until it is cooked, add vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic, green bell pepper and red bell pepper and bolt fry until you watch them a microscopic bit lump. Season it with salt and pepper. Your last step would be to top the quinoa with the drag fry mixture. Now that's easy huh?

This quinoa chicken recipe will gain 4 servings. I always cook this when I'm in a run and I hardly have time to cook. Feel free to add more vegetables if you want. I usually add carrots and sometimes I do green beans or broccoli.
